Barby Jimenez has over 20 years of experience working with children and parents. She has taught in the public school system, private schools, charter schools and founded and operated a licensed family home day care for young children. During this time she has also been on the journey of parenting her two children which are now teenagers. Due to her own struggles with trying to parent the same way she was taught to teach (with behavior management and modification) she discovered the work of Dr. Shefali Tsabary and trained with her to become a certified Conscious Parent Coach. Barby is now passionate about using this conscious approach to guide & support teachers on their journey to educate the next generations of children.
